Privacy in the digital age
Level Seven is committed to protecting your privacy.
We base our business on the trust you place in us. The information we collect is gathered to ensure security and to provide a more personalized experience. You can help us ensure your privacy by not sharing your account information with anyone. See below for detailed information about how we protect your personal information. If you have any concerns, comments or complaints, be sure to let us know.
Q: How much information must you share?
A: For an account with us we will need your full name, address, and telephone number. Absolutely none of this information will be shared with anyone outside of the Level Seven security team.
Q: Is your information used for any other purpose?
A: We require only the personal information that is needed for safely and accurately processing your billing transactions. (It is used exclusively for that purpose). If you become a Level Seven customer, you will receive billing information and occasional special offers from us, at your e mail address on our system.
Q: Will your information be given to any other party?
A: Other than a court order to comply with a subpoena, no.
Q: Do you purchase information about your customers from other companies?
Q: What about e-mail?
A: Level Seven, as a company, does not send unsolicited e-mail, and actively filters against unsolicited commercial e-mail ("spam") in all forms.
Q: Who can see your account information?
A: Only authorized programming personnel at Level Seven can see your password. Your account manager cannot see your password. Nor can any other personnel. If you forget your password, you can receive a reminder via e-mail or you can create a new one. Only authorized sales, customer service and accounting personnel have access to your account information.
Q: What if you change how you use my information?
A: If we change how we use your personal information, we will notify you by posting notice of the change to this site, and e-mailing a "Level Seven News" notice to your account here. If we do change our policy on privacy (highly unlikely) you will also have the opportunity to "opt out" of the new changes.
You are NOT for sale.
